15 Referral of complaint to council

(1)

The Attorney-General must, as soon as practicable after receiving a complaint—

(a)

refer the complaint to the council; and

(b)

tell the complainant that the complaint has been referred to the council.

(2)

However, if the complaint is about a presidential member of the ACAT, the Attorney-General must ensure that it is dealt with in accordance with an approved protocol.
