33 Providing labour hire services without licence

(1)

A person commits an offence if the person—

(a)

provides labour hire services; and

(b)

does not hold a labour hire licence.

Maximum penalty:

(a)

for an individual—800 penalty units; or

(b)

for a corporation—3 000 penalty units.

(2)

A person commits an offence if the person falsely represents that the person holds a labour hire licence.

Maximum penalty: 200 penalty units.
