32 Licensee must update details
(1)
This section applies if any of the following information changes:
(a)
contact details for the licensee;
(b)
if the licensee operates the business under another name—the business’s trading name.
(2)
The licensee must tell the commissioner, in writing, about the change as soon as practicable, but not later than 7 days after the change happens.
Maximum penalty: 50 penalty units.
