40 When regulatory action may be taken
The commissioner may take regulatory action against a licensee only if satisfied on reasonable grounds that the licensee—
(a)
stopped operating the business the subject of the licence; or
(b)
used false or misleading information to obtain the licence; or
(c)
contravened a condition of the licence; or
(d)
fails to give the commissioner information requested under section 38; or
(e)
failed to comply with a provision of this Act; or
(f)
is no longer a suitable person to hold a licence; or
(g)
has contravened a workplace law or standard.
