44 Regulatory action in another jurisdiction
(1)
This section applies if—
(a)
a licensee holds a licence under another labour hire law; and
(b)
regulatory action is taken, or is proposed to be taken, against the licensee in relation to that licence.
(2)
The licensee must, as soon as possible after the licensee becomes aware of the regulatory action, tell the commissioner—
(a)
the proposed regulatory action or regulatory action taken; and
(b)
the day on which the regulatory action takes effect.
Note The commissioner must consider regulatory action against a licensee in deciding if the person is a suitable person to hold a licence (see s 28 (1) (d)).
