10 Anchors with chain or line
(1)
An anchor with a chain or line must be suitable for the purpose of securing the boat on which it is carried.
Example
suitability may depend on the boat’s size, weight and area of operation
(2)
The chain or line must be—
(a)
of sufficient strength and durability for the purpose; and
(b)
securely attached to both the anchor and the boat.
