24 Dangerous operation of boats
A person commits an offence if—
(a)
the person operates a boat on a lake; and
(b)
the operation of the boat is—
(i)
at a speed that is dangerous to the public; or
(ii)
dangerous to the public in any other way.
Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.
