25 Unsafe towing or pushing of boats or objects
A person commits an offence if—
the person operates a boat on a lake; and
the boat is towing or pushing—
another boat; or
an object; and
the other boat or object is not safely secured to the boat.
Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.
A person commits an offence if—
the person operates a boat on a lake; and
the boat is towing or pushing—
another boat; or
an object; and
the visibility from the boat is obscured by the other boat or object.
Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.
A person commits an offence if—
the person operates a boat on a lake; and
the boat is towing or pushing—
another boat (other than a tender); or
an object; and
there is no other person in the boat or otherwise, and in a position to observe, giving safety instructions to the person operating the boat.
Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.
