42 Interfering with navigation aids

(1)

A person commits an offence if the person secures a boat to a navigation aid in or on a lake.

Maximum penalty: 30 penalty units.

(2)

An offence against this section is a strict liability offence.

(3)

In this section:

navigation aid means a device used for the safety of navigation, but does not include a device on board a boat.
