32 Return of disclosure statement
If the tenant is given a disclosure statement by the lessor, the tenant must—
(a)
note on the statement the date the tenant receives the statement; and
(b)
sign the statement; and
(c)
return it to the lessor on or before the earlier of—
(i)
the time the tenant returns the signed copies of the lease to the lessor; or
(ii)
3 months after the lease has been entered into.
