84A Definitions for pt 12
In this part:
assistant means a person approved under section 84C.
inquiry means an inquiry conducted by a prescribed person under an appointment made or to be deemed to have been made under this part.
prescribed matter means any matter relating to—
(a)
the operations or affairs of the commission; or
(b)
the exercise by the commission of its functions under this Act; or
(c)
the exercise of a function by anyone under this Act.
prescribed person means a person appointed under section 84B.
