84 General provisions relating to consultative committees
(1)
The regulations may make provision for and in relation to—
(a)
the convening of meetings of consultative committees; and
(b)
the procedure (including provision with respect to quorums and voting) to be followed at such meetings.
(2)
Members of consultative committees shall be paid such allowances for expenses in respect of the exercise of their functions as are prescribed.
