233 Delegation may be made by name or position
(1)
The appointer may delegate by—
(a)
naming the person to whom the delegation is made; or
(b)
nominating the occupant of a position (however described), at a particular time or from time to time.
(2)
For this part, the person named, or the occupant of the position nominated, is the delegate.
