Delegation may be amended or revoked

In force

(1)

The appointer may amend a delegation or revoke it completely or partly.

(2)

The power to amend or revoke a delegation is exercisable in the same way, and subject to the same conditions, as the power to delegate.

Example

If the power to delegate is exercisable only with the Minister’s approval, the power to revoke the delegation is exercisable only with the Minister’s approval.
