Part 6Payments under LTCS scheme
29 Definitions
In this Act:
approved provider, of a service, means a person—
(a)
approved by the LTCS commissioner to provide the service; or
(b)
who is an approved provider for the Motor Accidents (Lifetime Care and Support) Act 2006 (NSW).
assessed treatment and care needs, of a participant in the LTCS scheme, means the treatment and care needs assessed by the LTCS commissioner under section 23 (Assessment of participant’s treatment and care needs).
