34 Registration as employer
A person is registered as an employer for a covered industry when the registrar enters the following particulars in the employers register for the industry:
(a)
the person’s name and address;
(b)
the person’s trading name (if any);
(c)
the person’s ABN (if any);
(d)
the address of the person’s principal place of business;
(e)
if the person is a corporation—the corporation’s ACN;
(f)
the person’s registration day as an employer;
(g)
any other relevant particulars the governing board reasonably directs.
