76B Warning to be given
(1)
Before making a requirement of a person under section 76, an inspector must warn the person about the effect of—
(a)
section 76 (3); and
(b)
section 76A.
(2)
It is not an offence for an individual to refuse to answer a question put by an inspector or provide information or a document to an inspector under this part on the ground that the question, information or document might tend to incriminate the individual, unless the individual was first given the warning in subsection (1) (b).
(3)
Nothing in this section prevents an inspector from obtaining and using evidence given to the inspector voluntarily by any person.
