80C Internal review
(1)
The governing board must review an internally reviewable decision, and confirm, vary or revoke the decision, within 28 days after the governing board receives the application for internal review of the decision.
(2)
As soon as practicable after reviewing the decision, the governing board must give written notice of the decision on the internal review to the applicant.
