Reviewable decision notices

In force

If a decision-maker makes a reviewable decision, the decision‑maker must give a reviewable decision notice only to—

(a)

each entity mentioned in schedule 5, column 4 in relation to the decision; and

(b)

any other person prescribed by regulation.
