14 Jurisdiction of Magistrates Court
The jurisdiction of the Magistrates Court to hear and decide a question mentioned in section 13 is—
(a)
subject to the Magistrates Court Act 1930, section 264 (Proceedings affecting title to land); and
(b)
limited to a case where the question relates to property having a value that is not more than the amount mentioned in the Magistrates Court Act 1930, section 257 (1) (Personal actions at law—amount or value).
