Authorisation to supply medicines to commercial disposal operators for disposal—Act, s 26 (1) (b)

In force

A person is authorised to supply a medicine to another person for disposal if the other person—

(a)

holds an environmental authorisation for the disposal of the medicine; or

(b)

is an adult acting for a person mentioned in paragraph (a).
