Chapter 9Other medicines authorisations
401 Authorisations for commercial disposal operators—Act, s 26 (1) (b) and (2) (b), s 35 (1) (b) and (2) (b) and s 36 (b)
(1)
This section applies to a person who—
(a)
holds an environmental authorisation for the disposal of a medicine; or
(b)
is an adult acting for a person mentioned in paragraph (a).
(2)
The person is authorised to obtain and possess the medicine for the purposes of disposing of the medicine as engaged.
