Mental Health Act 2015

A community care order made in relation to a person may state 1 or more of the following:

that the person is to be given treatment, care or support;

that the person may be given medication for the treatment of the person’s mental disorder that is prescribed by a doctor;

that the person is to undertake a counselling, training, therapeutic or rehabilitation program;

that limits may be imposed on communication between the person and other people.

A community care order may not include any requirement mentioned in section 69 (Content of restriction order made with community care order etc).

A community care order made in relation to a person must—

state that the person must comply with any determination made under section 70 (Role of care coordinator—community care order); and

be accompanied by a statement about how the person meets the criteria under section 66 (2) (Community care order).
