57 Application for order disallowing seizure
(1)
A person claiming to be entitled to anything seized under this Act may apply to the Magistrates Court within 10 days after the day of the seizure for an order disallowing the seizure.
(2)
The application may be heard only if the applicant has served a copy of the application on the director-general.
Note For how documents may be served, see the Legislation Act, pt 19.5.
(3)
The director-general is entitled to appear as respondent in the hearing of the application.
