61 Authorised use of force
(1)
An authorised health practitioner may use force that is necessary and reasonable for this Act to act under section 52 (Searches—use of force).
(2)
However, an authorised health practitioner may use force only if the authorised health practitioner believes on reasonable grounds that the purpose for which force may be used cannot be achieved in another way.
