Rights not to be affected

In force

Nothing in this part abrogates, limits or in any manner affects—

(a)

a lien, power of sale or other right (whether arising under contract or by operation of law) that a warehouse person may have apart from this part with respect to any goods stored by him or her; or

(b)

the enforcement of such a lien or the exercise of such a power or right.
