32 Sales otherwise prohibited are not authorised by pt 6
This part does not authorise the sale by public auction by a warehouse person of any goods if the sale by public auction of those goods is prohibited by a law in force in the ACT.
This part does not authorise the sale by public auction by a warehouse person of any goods if the sale by the warehouse person of those goods is prohibited by any other law in force in the ACT.
