200 External review—time for appeal
(1)
This section applies to an application for external review of an ACAT reviewable decision under the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2008, section 79 (Appeals within tribunal) to appeal the ACAT’s decision under section 197 (External review—decision).
(2)
The application must be made within 28 days after the date of the ACAT reviewable decision.
