201 No monetary limit on jurisdiction of ACAT
(1)
The ACAT is not, in exercising jurisdiction conferred on it by this part, limited in the amount of money that it may order to be paid.
(2)
This section is subject to—
(a)
section 198 (External review—costs of proceedings); and
(b)
any other provision under this Act relating to an amount payable in relation to a defined benefit.
