28 MAI commission employed staff
(1)
The MAI commission may employ staff on behalf of the Territory.
(2)
The staff must be employed under the Public Sector Management Act 1994.
Note The Public Sector Management Act 1994, div 8.2 applies to the MAI commission in relation to the employment of staff (see Public Sector Management Act 1994, s 152).
