291 People insured under MAI policy
An MAI policy insures—
(a)
a person who uses an insured motor vehicle; and
(b)
anyone else who is vicariously liable for the person’s use of the insured motor vehicle; and
(c)
anyone else prescribed by regulation; and
(d)
if a person mentioned in paragraphs (a) to (c) is dead—the person’s estate.
