478 Internal review notices
If the MAI commission makes an MAI commission reviewable decision, the MAI commission must give an internal review notice to an entity mentioned in schedule 2, column 4 in relation to the decision.
Note The MAI commission must also take reasonable steps to give an internal review notice to any other person whose interests are affected by the decision (see ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2008, s 67B).
