Chapter 10Notification and review of MAI commission reviewable decisions
482 Review by MAI commission reviewer
(1)
The MAI commission reviewer must, within 28 days (the 28-day period) after the day the MAI commission receives the application for review of the MAI commission reviewable decision—
(a)
confirm the decision; or
(b)
amend the decision; or
(c)
set aside the decision and substitute the reviewer’s own decision.
(2)
If the decision is not amended or set aside within the 28-day period, the decision is taken to have been confirmed by the MAI commission reviewer.
