90 Limited entitlement to income replacement benefits—pension-aged injured person

(1)

This section applies to a person injured in a motor accident if, on the date of the accident, the person was the pension age, or older.

(2)

The injured person is entitled to income replacement benefits only if, on the date of the motor accident, the person was in paid work.

Note 1 See s 101 for the period for which income replacement benefits are payable for the injured person.
