91 No entitlement to income replacement benefits—death of injured person
(1)
A person injured in a motor accident is not entitled to income replacement benefits if the person is dead.
(2)
However, subsection (1) does not affect an entitlement to income replacement benefits that accrued before the injured person’s death.
