19 Circumstances in which motor vehicle has sufficient connection with ACT—Act, s 326 (4)

A motor vehicle has sufficient connection with the ACT if the motor vehicle—

(a)

is usually used and garaged in the ACT; or

(b)

is usually used for a business that has its principal place of business in the ACT; or

(c)

is in the ACT at the time of the motor accident and there is no place outside the ACT where a claim in relation to personal injury could be made against a nominal defendant in relation to the motor accident.
