19 Admissions and representations of partners
(1)
An admission or representation made by a partner in a firm other than an incorporated limited partnership about the firm’s affairs, and in the ordinary course of the firm’s business, is evidence against the firm.
(2)
An admission or representation made by a general partner in an incorporated limited partnership about the partnership’s affairs, and in the ordinary course of the partnership’s business, is evidence against the partnership.
