Retirement from partnership at will

In force

(1)

If a fixed term has not been agreed upon for the duration of a partnership, a partner may determine the partnership at any time on giving notice to all the other partners of the partner’s intention so to do.

(2)

This section does not apply in relation to an incorporated limited partnership.
