33 Duty of partner to give accounts

(1)

A partner in a firm other than an incorporated limited partnership must give true accounts and full information about everything affecting the firm to another partner or another partner’s legal personal representatives.

(2)

An incorporated limited partnership must, subject to the partnership agreement, give true accounts and full information about everything affecting the partnership to any partner or any partner’s legal personal representatives.
