59 Registration of incorporated limited partnership
If an application for registration of an incorporated limited partnership is properly made under this division, the commissioner must register the incorporated limited partnership.
Note The firm name of an incorporated limited partnership is the name of the partnership recorded in the register (see s 51, def firm name).
The commissioner for fair trading must not record a name in the register as the firm name of an incorporated limited partnership if the name is registered as a business name under the Business Names Registration Act 2011 (Cwlth).
An incorporated limited partnership is registered by recording in the register the information in the application under section 58 for its registration (the registered information).
