60 Register of incorporated limited partnerships
(1)
The commissioner for fair trading must keep a register (the register) of incorporated limited partnerships registered under this part.
(2)
The register may be kept in any form, including electronically, that the commissioner decides.
(3)
The register must be available for public inspection at reasonable times.
(4)
The commissioner may correct any mistake or omission in the register by—
(a)
inserting an entry; or
(b)
amending an entry; or
(c)
omitting an entry.
(5)
The commissioner may omit an entry in the register only if satisfied that the whole of the entry was included in error.
