153 Effect of exemption assessment D notice
(1)
An exemption assessment D notice in relation to a development yet to be undertaken certifies that the development is, or is not, an exempt development.
(2)
An exemption assessment D notice in relation to a development that has been undertaken certifies that the development is, or is not, exempt from requiring development approval based on whether the development—
(a)
was exempt from requiring development approval at the time it was done; or
(b)
is currently exempt from requiring development approval.
