155 Development applications prohibited except in stated circumstances
The territory planning authority must not accept a development application for approval of a prohibited development other than under 1 of the following sections:
(a)
section 156 (Applications for development approval in relation to use for otherwise prohibited development);
(b)
section 157 (Applications in anticipation of major plan amendment);
(c)
section 159 (Applications for development encroaching on adjoining land if development prohibited).
