201 Notice of decisions on reconsideration
As soon as practicable after reconsidering an original decision under section 199, the territory planning authority must give written notice of the decision on the reconsideration to—
(a)
the applicant; and
(b)
anyone who was given notice of the reconsideration application under section 199 (3) (b); and
(c)
if the original decision was an approval subject to conditions—the registrar‑general.
Note
If the notice is given to a person who may apply to the ACAT for review of the decision to which it relates, the notice must be a reviewable decision notice (see s 505).
