271 Report before granting leases
(1)
The territory planning authority may prepare a report in relation to a proposal to grant a lease.
(2)
A regulation may prescribe what must be included in the report.
(3)
The territory planning authority must prepare a report in relation to a proposal to grant a lease if directed in writing to do so by the Minister.
