363 Lessee may surrender lease
(1)
A lessee under a lease may, at any time, with the approval of the territory planning authority, surrender the lease or part of the land described in the lease.
(2)
The territory planning authority may accept the surrendered lease or land unconditionally or subject to any condition the authority considers appropriate.
(3)
The surrender of the lease or land does not entitle the lessee to a refund or reduction of any rent paid or owing.
