364 Refund on lease surrender or termination
(1)
This section applies if a lease is surrendered or terminated under this Act.
(2)
On application by the person whose lease has been surrendered or terminated, the territory planning authority may pay the person the amount prescribed by regulation.
(3)
A regulation may prescribe when the territory planning authority may make a payment under this section.
