389 Draft land management plan—custodian to prepare
(1)
The custodian of an area of public land must prepare a document (a draft land management plan) for the area that—
(a)
identifies the area; and
(b)
describes how the management objectives for the area are to be implemented or promoted in the area.
(2)
In preparing a draft land management plan, the custodian must consult—
(a)
the conservator of flora and fauna; and
(b)
the territory planning authority; and
(c)
the environment protection authority.
