396 Draft land management plan—return to custodian
(1)
This section applies if the Minister returns a draft plan to a custodian with a direction under section 394 (3) (b).
(2)
The custodian must—
(a)
give effect to the direction; and
(b)
resubmit the draft plan to the Minister for approval.
(3)
The Minister must make a decision about the draft plan in accordance with section 394 (3).
