406 Offence to develop other than in accordance with approval
(1)
A person commits an offence if—
(a)
the person undertakes development; and
(b)
the development contravenes the development approval for the development.
Maximum penalty: 60 penalty units.
(2)
An offence against subsection (1) is a strict liability offence.
Note
A person contravenes an approval if the person contravenes a condition of the approval.
